Hot water icon not appearing on customer’s app
If have recently installed a Tado V3+ wireless heating and hot water kit at a customer’s property. But although the heating is connected and all the 12 TRVs are connected I cannot get the hot water option to appear in the customer’s app.
I have checked all the wiring which is correct for the s-plan system and the boiler will
fire for hot water on the receiver when the text button is pressed.
I’ve also uninstalled and reinstalled the wireless thermostat to try to get the hot water icon to appear but nothing has happened after 3-4 hours.
Could someone please advise me on what I can do to get the hot water to appear in the app.

Have you looked at the Tado installer’s app? It should give you information on whether it’s properly installed.0

Just a quick note for anyone in uk / Ireland …
Download the Tado installers App,
Have the bridge QR code at hand,
Follow a few instructions that your using a UK boiler system and save,
It will load up icon on your standard Tado app.
All is left is to grab your marigolds and start doing the washing up 🧽0
