Using hot water control as second zone

I currently have a Wired Thermostat (albeit acting wirelessly) and 6 radiator thermostats. These are all connected to an Extension Kit.

The underfloor heating and radiators each have their own valve. However, the valves can't currently be triggered independently (i.e. if a radiator calls for heat, the underfloor heating comes on).

Is it possible to set up the hot water control on an Extension Kit to effectively act as a second zone controller so that the valves could be triggered independently?

If you just wanted to set an on/off control without temperature sensing then yes, it should be, but sounds like you’d be better off installing a smart thermostat as zone controller for the Ufh.
