Black pin in Tado valves Error - see picture

Hi,

I have 16 Tado valves and 4 of them are not pushing the black pin far enough out to stop the water from entering my radiator when it is on OFF.

See picture http://bit.ly/tado-problem (it is een picture on my google drive, made a bitly from it to keep it short) On that picture you see the left is working good, the right is not working good, as it is to low.

I have made a request to the dutch supportline [1038949] 

Anyone had the same problem?

    this has been resolved by Tado.

    In fact, when using the tado valves, you can recalibrate them by taking out the batteries. That way they search for the endpoint on the radiator.

    This should be a FAQ question/answer. How to recalibrate? By taking out the batteries
