Does anybody from Tado look at any of the questions asked? My question remains unanswered.

My Tado system has been a problem ever since it was set up by a reputable installer. Now it refuses to work.

How do we go about recovering the thousands of pounds we have invested trying to make Tado work?

    @LesMurray_1 If you have had problems ever since your system was installed I would suggest speaking to your reputable installer first then, if they can't fix your problem, speak with Tado support.

    How long have you had your tado devices....are you still within the warranty period......if so contact tado support to request a refund.
