Why are thermostats reporting different set and scheduled temperatures?

Hi,

I’ve noticed recently that our tado thermostats are set to two different temperatures.

Example: our Hallway is scheduled to be 17.5 degrees, but the app is saying the temperature is set to 13.6. (This is not related to actual temperature, which is 15).

This is true for most of the thermostats. I’ve never noticed it before so not sure if it’s a recent feature adjustment for weather adaption or something?

Do you mean that the target temperature is 17.5c but Tado isn’t activating the boiler? Sounds more like an issue with the wiring, a zone valve or a zone controller setting to me.
  • Check the app is not in Away mode. When the system is in Away mode the app will schedule a temperature in between the minimum away temperature setting and the at home scheduled temperature.
