Hot Water Issue

Hello Community,

I’ve recently had a new boiler with Tado fitted.
The app and Wireless Temp Sensor are showing the hot water is on but there is no request for heat showing on the Wireless Receiver and no hot water.
Central heating is working, but since having turned off the heating last night, it appears to have stopped the hot water.
Any suggestions welcome please?

  • Have you tried turning it off and back on as it may have got stuck.

    I had this a couple of times after I installed mine although I'm using the older extension kit
  • Has it ever worked for hot water only?

  • Yes, it has worked for HW only.
