Radiator valves keep going offline
Hi. Hope someone can help with this.
I installed Tado around five months ago and for the most part it has worked smoothly until I changed my internet provider a couple of weeks ago. Since then every few days or so one of the radiator valves goes offline. It's not always the same rooms/valves but it keeps on happening. Sometimes I reset the valve and sometimes it sorts itself after a while.
Obviously I reset the WiFi but Is there something I should have changed on the app or something else I should have done?

Look at all the other threads on this topic for suggestions.
They don’t use Wi-Fi, so that’s not relevant.

Did you move or change the router when you changed providers and is the bridge plugged into it?0
