Wireless reciever keeps rebooting.

I have wired the reciever as recommended (Glow Worm Combi Boiler)but when the heating is activated by the app the reciever turns the boiler on for a few seconds and then reboots. Can anybody tell me what's wrong please?

    try swapping out the USB cable, I found they can cause issues as some don't sit properly in the device.
