Room Thermostat not working

Anyone have tips/suggestions on how to fix the following problem, or is it terminal?

I have a tado room stat and it's not switching. At one point the heating was stuck on, now it's stuck off. The thermostat is online and I can make changes to the temp on the app and see them on the stat display. But I never hear the click of the relay to actually command the boiler.

It all been working fine for years so not a new install issue. Batteries have been replaced with brand new.

    Sounds like a faulty stat?

    Same thermostat stuck at 21.8. I think this is more customer wide than I first thought so must be firmware.
