Viessmann Vitodens Heating Mode Pump

I'm in the UK and was hoping someone with a bit more experience than me can assist.

I have a wireless receiver, temperature sensor and number of TRVs working as they should. They are conected to a Viessmann Vitodens 100-W WB1B condensing boiler and when a temperature change is requested the boiler is correctly switching on and off.

The issue I have is that there is a symbol on the boiler which indicates whether the heating mode pump output is on and this doesn't appear to be going off. I've had a look at the manual for the boiler but I'm not too sure what this actually means. There are radiators in the house which need to be left open and these are being heated despite the burner not being in operation on the boiler.

Can I adjust the heating mode pump with Tado or is this something I need to speak to an engineer/Viessmann with?

The wireless temperature sensor is not in the same room as the boiler.

Many thanks
