Hello

I emailed support for two months no reply.

I have set my todo in rooms. I have 15 tado (thermostats and wireless temperature sensors)

Rooms have their specific units.

However, I am not sure.

Are rooms zones?

I see some YouTube the Tado app has zones.

What about I want two rooms in the same zone? Or the upstairs floor in a zone?

Please advise.

    Rooms are zones. There’s no facility in Tado for grouping rooms together, though you can create one room on the app that encompasses several physical rooms (or an entire floor) if you wish.
