Smart Room Thermostat choice ?

Hi, I am in an apartment with a shared central heating system.

This means that I have to set the temperature per radiator. My radiators are built into a closet with front opening , incl. the taps. So it gets hot(er) fairly quickly there than in the room.

So I thought I would install a Tado radiator thermostat valve on it but need to control it externally via a room thermostat. Which smart room thermostat do I need for this: the base room thermostat or the expansion model ?

Wireless temperature sensor. Add that to smart radiator kit.
