Extension Kit not Calling for Heat - dual zone install, old install but new problem
I've had Tado for a few years now. My set up was installed professionally and is dual zones;
Wired Smart Thermostat - Controls the underfloor heating circuit in the kitchen
Wireless thermostat linked to Extension Kit - Controls the radiator circuit. There are then SRVs on each radiator in the house
Just yesterday the extension kit started not calling for heat.
I can make the heating work by turning up the Wired Thermostat so it always calls for heat, then the radiators and valves all behave correctly.
I have tried resetting the wireless thermostat, bridge and extension kit - this didn't fix the problem
I have tried manually switching the extension kit to "on" and it doesn't call for heat.
Any ideas what to try next?

If the extension kit isn’t calling for heat when you turn it on manually then either the relay circuit in the extension kit is sticking or the zone valve is. You can try giving the kit a tap and see if that frees it.0

Thanks for the suggestion. I removed the extension kit and bridged it out and the zone started which rules out the valve. When I replaced the kit everything worked again. So maybe it was a relay and I dislodged something removing it (its awkward access so won't have been a particularly gentle move!).
