Receiver relay keeps calling for heat

Hi everyone
I have no Internet at the property I'm working at so understand my tado thermostat and receiver won't communicate but I have an issue in that the heating relay in the receiver keeps calling for heat 2 mins after switching system on?

Your Tado bridge can still communicate with the receiver and thermostat without Internet provided it has power. Use the thermostat to turn down the heat target and the receiver should stop calling for heat.

The thermostat is off
I've even taken the batteries out

The receiver central heating relay activates after 2 mins everytime you turn power on

You should probably turn the thermostat on again then, it sounds like at the moment the receiver is trying to return to the last remembered state when it was online. The bridge needs to be powered and connected too.
