Geofencing on Android 13

Hi all,

since I updated to Android 13 Geofencing cannot be enabled because it requires to set location permissions to "Allow ALL the Time" and this setting is not available anymore. Now I can only see "Allow only when using the App".

Has anyone come across this and has resolved it?

I am using Tado app on a Xiaomi Remi Note 9 pro with Android 13
