Extension kit VS Wireless non-UK
Good afternoon, we have recently move to a property that has a Worcester Greenstar 4000 boiler installed. I have a Tado V3+ wireless system purchased outside the UK with opentherm and an extension kit. Per the app both are compatible with my boiler and wondering which one would provide the best performance. I've read several topics around the wireless receiver not providing opentherm however since our Tado is a non-uk version I'm unsure which device would get the best from the boiler.

It makes zero difference if you have a combi boiler. If you have a system boiler then the extension kit is probably the better bet because it has the facility to control hot water tanks. If it’s a combi make sure Tado supports your boiler’s digital connection. I know there are some Worcester Bosch models that it doesn’t.0
