New to Tado. Spanner and Overheating

We had Tado installed yesterday so I am trying to familiarise myself with it. I am unable to attach a photo but one of the valves shows a spanner on it and the radiator is overheating at 25 when I have tried putting both the app and the thermostatic valves at 15. There is also an image of a spanner on the valve. What does this mean?

You haven’t mounted the Tado head properly on the trv. Twist the whole head anti clockwise to take it off, make sure the plastic mount is screwed on tightly (you might need to use pliers), take the batteries out of the Tado trv head, wait 30 seconds, put them back in, wait for the black spindle to retract and remount it. You should feel it click into place when you twist the head on the mount clockwise and it should start to calibrate.
