App issue - can’t access rooms

Anyone having an issue with iOS app when trying to go in to specific rooms to change their temp. I just getting spinning wheel and nothing happens. Installed and reinstalled but not resolved.

Any thoughts welcome

  • This bug first appeared about 6 months ago, around the same time they migrated the UI to webview. Closing and restarting the app usually solves the problem, sometimes it needs a device restart too.

  • Thanks for reply but still not working after the following different steps

    closed the app and opened.
    Switched phone on and off
    Reinstalled app
    Reset iphone (not just on and off)

    Still not working. I can turn all on / off / boost - but not individual rooms
  • Just checked and same happening on wife’s app.

    So thinking a reset of Tado hardware next
  • I have exactly the same issue. Did the reset work? So frustrating after 3 years of fairly hassle free use.
  • No didn’t work, tried resetting bridge and one of the room controller.
    I have logged a ticket with support - will let you know
