Is it possible to control the 24V fan under the water radiator using a wired smart thermostat?

I have a water radiator at home with airflow from the bottom, model Regulus Revers.

The fan is mounted on the bottom of the radiator, powered by 24V with variable speed. The fan speed can be controlled by applying a voltage in the range of 0-10V to the control line.

The radiator has also a thermostat SALUS T30NC 24V DC.

Heating from the radiator (fan and thermostat) is controlled by a wired thermostat Siemens RDG160T.

Can I replace the Siemens controller with the Tado wired thermostat for fan control + tado radiator thermostat?

I saw in the manual that it has 24V contacts, but I don't know how to connect and control it.

Could someone help me?

I have the exact same question for a couple of convection radiators controlled by the same Siemens RDG160T thermostat, which I would like to replace or incorporate into the rest of my Tado system.
