Tado V3+ with wireless connection to Baxi Combi

Hi. New to all this. Just purchased a new build house and want to install Tado wireless V3+. I’ve followed install instructions via the app but when I turn the main power back on the boiler has no power. Found out the fuse has blown. Changed the fuse and the same thing happened again.
Can anyone point me in the right direction with where I’m going wrong? App says to connect extension wires to the following:
L Brown, N Blue, 1 Grey, 2 Black
I do have a wired thermostat in another room which has L & N going to it but no idea what they go to.
Any help would be great. Uploaded pics below of boiler config before I made changes.

If the wired thermostat is also connected to the boiler you’re going to need to unwire it. Turn the power off and remove the connections at the wired thermostat, it may be causing a short circuit.0
