I am getting a little desperate waiting for Tado to respond to my issue and wondered if any has experienced the problem.

The output of my new receiver HW NO is permanently live, irrespective of the demand (can't switch off), tried everything, checked the S Plan wiring and it is correct, strange that the heating works fine with no issue, just the hot water....

Does this look like a faulty controller or am I going mad??

    Could be a stuck relay in the wireless receiver. You could try giving it a tap and see if that frees it.

    Unfortunately that didn't work so now in the hands of the Tado support which is painful!!
