Eneloop batteries worth it?
Hey all
As the title, really. I current use mostly Energiser rechargeable batteries but I don’t seem to very long out of them so I’m looking to get the batteries Tado recommends.
So, as they are expensive, I’d like to gauge if the cost is worth it.
If so, is it worth getting the Eneloop charger too or will any do?
Thanks

@kettykrueger i've been using the Aldi batteries, been really good for me and last a very long time.
if you want to go down the rechargeable route, compare the price with Ikea's rechargeable ones, they're good aswell.

i did change on of the trv's with ikea's rechargeable ones on the 2nd of this month and it's started alerting already :-(
i hope this is the known issue with false alerts, if it isn't, i will be going back to the aldi batteries

I'm rather new to Tado but with 14 knobs I quickly got the fact that I'd need to look into something about batteries. Really curious to hear from more experienced Tado users about rechargeable.0
