No means of adjustment of PID parameters for SRTs only?

Got this disappointing message today after contact to Tado yesterday via the chat "service":

I am not impressed....and sorry for the inconvenience too....

My wish to change the behavior is the SRT's coarse regulation steps when opening and closing, which leads to temperature instability in my district heating unit (in which the PID is tuned to best performance).

A more gentle regulation, with smaller increments would be better, particularly when the valve is closed and open or near the closed position....current regulation while the valve is more open seems to be ok.

Just for your information....but if you have suggestions, I am all ears.
