Intergas hre is always on

I have installed the ne tado and connected the wire to + & - .
Also selected D01

The kettle is always ON even after setting it to OFF in the thermostat

Can someone help me with this?

What Tado device have you connected the boiler to? If you use the desktop version of the forum you can post pictures of your wiring.

Have you unlinked the loop that would otherwise create demand? Check 6-7 on the low voltage connector.
