Tado App showing Offline
The Heat and Hot Water been showing Offline here and there in the last few days and months. I checked the internet (high speed and stable), it is working fine, all other wireless devices are working. I've had to manually unplug the bridge so it can be reset. Then it'll come back on.
I've seen quite a few people mentioning this kind of problem in the past year or so. Anyone having this issue still? Tado is great when it works, but it goes offline rather too frequently.

Hi. I'm able to control the heating as normal online on my app. Works fine. But the hot water is showing as 'offline' so I can't control it.
Can someone suggest how I can fix this?

Check that the wireless temperature sensor/ smart thermostat that controls your hot water is in range of and is paired with the bridge, and that it hasn’t run out of batteries.0
