Thermostat is off but temperature is going up and up

I got 5 thermostats and if I switch one off completely because I'm not in that room or don't want high temperature in this room the thermostat make the noise to lower the temperature but the room is still heating up. Sometimes I set it on 18C degrees but it climbs up to 22c degrees because in other rooms thermostats warming up other rooms.

Any solutions?

You're hearing the TRV moving but is it closing the valve? Seems that it is not. Check the TRV to rad valve compatibility and whether you need an adaptor,

Unless your rooms have incredible internal insulation, you’re going to get heat transferring from rooms where the heating is on to rooms where it isn’t. Rather than micro zoning, it’s better to set all your rooms to roughly the same temperature and for the heating to come on in all of them at about the same time.
