Honeywell TRV to Tado SRT

HI All,

Installed wired thermostat (V3+) followed instructions and boiler works as it should first time.

Removed Honeywell TRV, i can't for the life of me get the Tado SRT to fit, even though its compatable (according to tado website). Do i need to use one of the adapters provided, or am i being stupid?

I've tried searching google and this site and can't see any topics?

    I replaced Honeywell trvs and it took a surprising amount of dexterity to get the Tado head on. If you pull the metal collar down and twist it, you should find it eventually screws on to the thread.
