How do I remove a phone from GeoFencing?

I have added the app onto my tablet which in turn has included it onto the GeoFencing feature, how do I remove this, I have deleted the app off my tablet but it is still showing.

    On mine, it's Settings, Geofencing and turn off Include Device's Location (on the tablet).
