App Turning On Heating By Itself
Hi, Does anyone know why the app turns on the heating in my bedroom and living room by itself?
I have a schedule set for 23 degrees between 7.30am And 8.30am. The rest of the time the schedule is set to 17 degrees. I don’t have any early start selected for the rooms. Just now I heard the relay on the thermostat click and my living room heating has come on. It’s heating to 21 degrees. The other night at around 2am. The same thing happened but in my bedroom. 21 degrees again.
Does anyone know why this is happening? Could it be to do with the auto assist subscription?

Do you have anything installed that might be altering the schedule, such as Alexa or HomeKit?0

Hi, yeah I have Alexa integration but I don’t have any schedules set up.0

@GrayDav4276 knows more about Alexa than I do. Maybe there’s a schedule running that you’re unaware of?0

Same here, but there are no conflicts.
when the radiator is set to off heat is still being called.
