Like what? For example went on my app just now and I haven't turned it off or changed anything and the app said that the heating was off. When it is set to be 20c 4am till 10pm then 18c 10pm till 4am. So why has it decided to put the heating to of till I resume the schedule. No window detection on and no away mode set ???0

What boiler do you have, what tado equipment do you have, how is it wired in, do you have any other equipment like an Alexa or HomeKit that might conflict with it0

@Becky1 do you use any smart assistants (e.g Alexa or Google Home)? Have you linked them to tado?
Occasionally they can interfere with one another. A routine or command to a smart assistant can get "misinterpreted" and instead of say turning off a light in a particular room, it'll also turn off the tado device in that room.
A command from a smart assistant is also considered to be a "manual control" action by tado (similar to if you switched off the heating from the app or physical device).
One thing to check. Go to the the affected room in the app and select the graph button. On the graph if you long press on it you get more information. A hand icon appearing at the bottom shows when a manual control action has taken place. The start time of this may help you narrow down what may be triggering it.
