Local Weather programming
Idea local weather application on the software app. so that is heating is on inside and the temperature is hot/cold outside system can be aligned switch on/off cost and time saving for user of the Tado product this option would not need additional hardware only software and weather data.

I assume it only uses local temperature to determine the early start condition.
It ought to also consider wind speed.
I have noticed that it gets it wrong on windy mornings.0 -
It should be using it throughout the day to feed into its PID algorithm.
That wind speed doesn’t affect outside temperature would be the counter argument.

Wind and Thermometers
Thermometers and other inanimate objects are not chilled by wind like living skin. This is because inanimate objects do not have the same internal heating system as living tissue. A thermometer can't read lower than the air temperature, which is the same whether the device is exposed to the wind or in a sheltered location.
