Inconsistent Programme
We recently had Tado installed to control our (oil) central heating. Our experience is very inconsistent. In the mornings, the heating is set to come on at 06h30 to heat up to 18.5c, it does this reliably. We have the temperature turned down during the day but programmed to come on at 16h30 to return to 18.5c. This rarely happens - the room thermostat is typically about 16c but it can take 20-30 mins for the system to wake up and start heating. Sometimes I even have to boost the system to kickstart it.
Tado say the problem is one of internet signal, but I have tested the available signal and it is as high as 30mbps, so am not sure about this. Also why does it work so reliably at 06h30 but not at 16h30?
Has anyone else had this or got any suggestions?

I can’t tell you why it works reliably sometimes but have you checked that your bridge is in range of the wireless receiver? That’s probably what Tado is referring to when it talks about the signal.0

Yes, I am sure that is what they mean - but the bridge is in the same position so I can’t work out why it works reliability in the morning but not the afternoon.
