Are Tado listening?
Does anyone else feel that Tado are not listening or doing anything to improve the app?
I've been watching several topics and suggestions for months now some with thousands of views and hundreds of comments but nothing seems to be changing, moving to review or even inprogress.
If you filter on the completed suggestions you will see they have taken on board just 6 things since 2020 and there are 2 things in progress. I think were wasting our time requesting changes as there not doing anything.

It's really disappointing to read this, I've moved from Hive to Tado and spent a small fortune on the products, but find it LOADS better than the hive system, especially the trv's which are so much more responsive
The App needs more features compared to the hive though, and there is alot of good suggestions on these forms, I was hoping Tado were alot more proactive on the features and would do updates alot more than hive did, but after reading this I'm not so sure which is a real shame 😔1 -
@NeilpK I'm in the same boat, abandoned Hive and spent a fortune on tado but already feeling that the App is just not as good as it should be after so long in development.
Without an evolving App and a pursuit of excellence, this will just be another hideous user experience of good hardware supported by poor software. Tado, please remember that users must come before technology so your app needs to be slick in order to remain differentiated and you have a great community here to help you prioritise requirements from the real-world. Please use us and abuse us :-)
