Internet down - can I connect bridge to a wireless hotspot
Someone kindly crashed into the telegraph pole that provides internet to our house and Openreach aren't going to be able to fix it for 10-14 days.
I've bought a personal hotspot and SIM to provide internet but is there a way I can use this to get the internet bridge back online as I can't plug into it?
I can still control turn on/off heating/hot water using the thermostat but it's obviously not as useful as the app and I don't want to set an alarm to turn the heating on in the morning before I actually need to wake up, etc!
Any help/suggestions appreciated.

You’ll need a device that the internet bridge can plug into if you want it to work. It needs power and an Ethernet socket.0

So there's no way to set a new schedule/change settings without internet? I'm not particularly technical but I've seen ASHP that have their own wireless network so can still update if internet down but I assume not possible with tado?0

Unfortunately, without the internet the functionality of Tado thermostats is very limited. No surprise that the most voted on improvement idea is to add some sort of local control for scheduling. You can read people's frustrations plus add your support here:

@michaelf13 as above people have mentioned you need internet for the scheduling to work.
If I was you, as you've already invested in a personal hotspot and SIM to provide internet I'd buy a cheap plug-in WiFi extender with a single ethernet port. Plug the bridge into that and connect it to your WiFi hotspot. You can get them dirt cheap off Amazon/ Argos or similar. It doesn't have to be a particularly great spec if it's temporary.

Apparently you can set up local routines in Home assistant.
