This worked before I signed up last week now with nothing changed my heating is switching on when I am out the area

    @Robti your screenshots show the phone's time top-left as "5:43", yet the time block you show in the first screenshot ends at 5pm. So what's the set temperature for the time block covering 5:43? Or is that supposed to be 15:43 and the 1 has been chopped off?

    20°c from 5pm till 9pm, I think it was because I was around 300m from home and my area was set to 250m and I had the away set to balanced, so I have set this to off and will test today

    @Robti yes that's exactly right. You can see from your front page on the Living Room tile that it was heating to 18.2 degrees. Because you were still reasonably close to home tado was stopping that room cooling down too much in case you did come home again.
