After I replaced the batteries on the SRV the right way and with new and the right kind of batteries, it is simply dead! Help please! 😩

    Try the batteries the other way, check the metal connections in the lid are still able to touch the batteries. If nothing works it’s probably a faulty unit

    Thanks. Done all that. I have contacted tado support and took photos. So hopefully they can advise. 🤗
