Tado Customer Service Response times - is a 48 hours wait normal?
Hello Everyone.
I messaged Tado Customer Service using the chat function 2 days ago. When I first messaged them it said they would be back on line tomorrow.
Every time I've checked since it has continued to say tomorrow.
Is it normal for their customer service to be offline for multiple days in a row? Appreciate Christmas is coming up but wouldn't expect the whole operation to be shut down for that already?
My issue is that the system is not sending emails to people I am inviting to join my Tado service so I don't think community support will help me.

Unfortunately, 48 hours would be marvellous right now. IME, you’ll be lucky with a week.1
