Tado system stopped working
Tado system was working controlling the central heating on my rayburn nouvelle. Now it will not turn the pump or burner off. I have had to employ a heating engineer to confirm that the system has failed and had to reconnect the old controller. I would like to have a number I could phone to discuss the replacement as the system has only been recently installed.

Silly question but did you try turning it all off and back on?
A few times after I installed mine, the extension kit seemed to get stuck and the relays wouldn't click. A restart resolved the issue at the time and I believe subsequent firmware updates made the device more stable as it's not happened again for perhaps 2.5 years

Hey Joe, facing the same problem. Wondering if a OTA firmware update broke things. Official Tado support has not been helpful as they just seem to follow a layman’s technical support flowchart.
