can one have more than 25 devices?
I have quite a large house with a single heater. 4 wire less temp sensor, 16 radiators, one airco, and one central thermostat (22 devices). I have read that you can have 25 devices in one heating zone.
Does this mean that I can only add 3 more radiators?

Essentially, yes. IIRC, the maximum number of Tado devices is 25. The setup can have up to 10 zones for heating that will 'call for heat'. After 10 zones you can set the TRVs on your radiatiors as 'independent'. This means the TRV will not call for heat but will control room temperature according to the schedule. In practice, one of our rads is outside the range of the bridge, so we leave a humble manual TRV on the radiator in that room.

It's a limit of 25 heating devices, so the aircon controller in your list does not count. You could add up to 4 more radiator thermostats. The aircon controller does not count because it does not need the bridge to work.
