Adding a separate building to account

I have a house with a Tado thermostat operating a gas boiler and multiple Tado radiator thermostats. I am building a separate building as a guest house on my property that will have its own gas boiler. It will be a small space with only three radiators and could be at one temperature throughout. I want it to be connected to the main account and use the same geolocation constraints. Is it best to add an additional Tado thermostat to control the new boiler, or have three separate radiator controls?

    The other option is to have a fully separate Tado system and control. Then you can leave a tablet in the building as local control and should be able geofence on your phone as needed. The obvious limit is for extra email accounts. HTH.
