Tado Showing Offline
Hi all,
Since 4:23am on the 17th of December, our Tado devices have all been showing offline.
On the app, it’s showing the Wireless Receiver having no connection. Has a software update recently gone out that could affect this?

I have the same thing since earlier today. All tado elements are offline, and the app shows they all went offline at the same time.
The 3 leds on the bridge are on, but the router led is off. That is also after disconnecting it and reconnecting again.
Anyone an idea on what to do?0 -
If your router is offline then it’s likely to be a problem with your internet connection.0
