Frost Protection Not Heating Radiators
Maybe I'm confused but I've noticed my heating igniting randomly during the night. After checking the app, it thinks my rooms are less than 5 degrees so I'm assuming the Frost protection is kicking in. Is there any way for me to know this is the reason? And secondly, why aren't my radiators getting warm if this is the case? Surely Frost protection should heat the radiators as well, or am I missing something?

I'm assuming you have your own boiler. Modern boilers have inbuilt frost protection where the boiler will fire up briefly to heat the water inside the boiler to 10°C. If this is happening the water will likely not reach the radiators and Tado will be unaware that the boiler has ignited itself. If Tado is running due to frost protection, then it should show up in the heating graphs and I'd expect the radiators to get warm.
