Installation issues and Tado is ignoring messages
Hi
I just bought a wireless thermostat and have issues installing the receiver as I cannot find the exact electrical "piece" in the instructions within the boiler. There is nothing exactly the same. Main Eco Elite 25
I have contacted tado chat three times and the only reply I get is we will get back to you by email - which they haven't.
The reason why I bought Tado was for their support in DIY installation. Does anyone have an email address or telephone number?

Patience is our watchword. Tado support got back to us quite quickly with email instruction for two installs, within a day or two.
If your boiler is a Main Eco Elite Combi 25-30: the wiring guide is on page 27, section 9.7, figure 32, Para 6. Terminals 2 & 1 connect to the Room Stat (Tado wireless receiver) COM and NO respectively. Please note that Para 6 is confusing, it tells you to link both thermostat connections to terminal 2 on the boiler, which won't work?
