Tado not working.
Hi I have recently bought a tado thermostat and am really not impressed with it at all. It seems to have a mind of its own, comes on randomly and half the time i actually want it to come on it does not come on at all. I wish I could take it back tbh. All i want to do ia set the times i want it to go on and off and also be able to manually turn it on and off. Is there anyone out there that are having the same problems?

@SJJ88 I’m sorry you’re having issues. Using the Tado cloud, eleven months in two family homes, it mostly does turn off and on. Cloud systems always introduce a time delay when compared to a hardwired programmer. For us, the wins far exceed the negatives. We save about £100 a month at each family home. Our Tado system knowledge, and ££ savings in December, are much more than when we started to look a year ago. Worth reading the community forum to pick their brains, there are some very knowledgeable contributors. Then you can decide if Tado is right for you.
