Heating on all the time
Can anyone help please, my heating will not turn off, although the app states everything is set to off my boiler is firing up every couple of minutes and all the radiators are subsequently very hot 24/7. I have the wired thermostat and extension kit. I can hear the relay switching correctly when turning on/off using the app and I suspect I have the wiring correct as this has only recently been an issue after having the system for nearly 2 years

This sounds like a faulty zone valve controller head that is calling for heat, not a Tado issue.0
