Hi currently installing wireless receiver on a s plan system.
Live to live
Neutral to neutral
HW No to brown on cylinder Stat
All bridges in as instructions live into ch com and hw com.
My old control panel Horstman C11 had 3 wires only. L ,N and the wire going to thermostat on cylinder.
Where do I put a wire from CH No to in wiring centre.
I have also connected both wire where old wired stats was com and on.
When I turn water on it does heating also but I can’t just call heating on for some reason?

The C11 is a single channel programmer for HW only. I assume you're asking which terminal in the wiring centre you need to connect a wire to from the wireless receiver? You'll need to post a photo of the wiring centre. Perhaps a few from slightly different angles if the wiring is a mess.

I had 2 wired stats wires they are both now de commissioned as tado directs 2 wires joined.
I must have it correct swapping over from the C11 as when I turn hot water on on phone app valve works and turns boiler on. It’s the valves for the first and second floor that won’t work all though I don’t want separate zones anymore both to come on together but hot water separate. I will get some pictures

I have used the cable in the pack as original cable is 3 core to c11 will be changing for one wire 4 core. I connected Ch No to brown on both zone vales. Receiver is clicking ch on and there is power from ch No to the terminal with both zone valves connected . But the valves are doing nothing.
