Adding radiator thermostat to brand new v3 installation "something went wrong"

Hi all,

Last Friday I was newly installing my wireless starter pack with a bridge, thermostat setup. That is working perfectly. When I then wanted to add the radiator thermostat (valves) I get an error when "registering the device", "something went wrong". This issue is with all valves I have, also with cellular as wifi, as well as on the web portal or app.

Does someone know how to resolve this? Tado support has been very unresponsive (apart from "did you try cellular?").
