Estimated heating consumption has stopped working!

Hi

Put simply my Estimated heating consumption has stoped working. I have done everything from reinstalling the app. Taking it off all my other devices. What do I do to fix it?

I have attached a screen shot and it shows a flat line when obviously with the winter weather I have used it a lot.

    You are not alone. Mine has done the same since a few days ago. It seems as if it could be a general issue for TADO to address.

  • Ah someone else with the issue, it seemed to stop when I added some Tado rad thermostats
  • This seems to have been rectified now, although the estimates seem way off for me
  • This content has been removed.
  • My estimate has in frozen and gone up which is correct by my graph is still frozen

  • Glad I'm not alone on this, it's been bugging me for days now, estimate is increasing but daily usage is just flatlined
  • Mine also flat lined now. Shame as I find it quite useful to monitor although agree it’s only an estimate
  • That's a disaster!!!! for which we pay €25 annually
