One SRV set with a zone controller but behaves like independent

One room has just one SRV. It is set up the same as all the other rooms - with the thermostat as the zone controller, but when it “calls for heat” nothing happens unless another room is already “calling for heat”.

    Sounds like you might need to get Tado support involved.

    Could try setting it to independent and then back to try and get the state in sync. Also there is a limit of 10 rooms that can call for heat, so if you have 11, that last room will be independent..
