Homeserve used to support Tado before Covid. They wrote to us and said it was not supported anymore so we deleted the app and manually used the thermostat. I've just realised we can still use the app. Does it work in the usual way, without Homeserve assistance. I.E I can set the timer on my phone, it will detect when I'm near and Windows open etc? Homeserve didn't tell us we gould continue using the service without their support. We thought Tado was their system 🤦‍♀️

    You do not need Homeserve at all. Assuming you have sensor(wifi or wired) and switch receiver installed you can install the Tado app and configure from there. You will need to make an account. I have installed this weekend and no problems
